How does it work?

1. To submit your request, simply click the order now button below and fill out the email contact form, attaching your chosen photo and including any text that you would like on the artwork i.e pet’s name, house name, person's name, special date or place, etc.

2. You can make payment using whichever method suits you best – bank transfer or a secure payment link

3. Once payment has been made work will begin on your portrait and you will be notified when it has been dispatched. Please allow 14-28 days for your custom illustration to be created as each piece is bespoke, and crafted with care and attention to detail.

Please note: It is vital that your photo is clear, non-pixellated and high-quality for the results to be optimal. Orders will be rejected if they do not meet the required criteria​. You will be contacted and asked to provide an alternative photograph.

Total cost is £67.99, this includes A4 artwork creation, presentation gift box and delivery.
How long will it take?
Turnaround time can vary between 2-4 weeks. If purchasing as a gift, please keep this in mind when placing your order.
What kind of photo can I send?
It is really important that your chosen photo is clear, high-resolution and not blurry as this will impact the final outcome.
Can I send a photo taken on my phone?
Yes, but please do ensure it complies with the above conditions. (FAQ 3)
Will any unsightly objects be edited out?
Yes, I personally like to retouch all photos before beginning the illustration process and will make sure there are no wheelie bins in the way (for example!).
However, if you have specific requests, or your image needs an exceptional amount of retouching, this may incur a separate cost.
Must I have text on my illustration?
Not at all, this is completely optional and your personal preference.
Can I have a gift message inside the box?
Yes, please specify this within your email and provide exactly what you would like the message to say.
